Description
Patch for joe was applied upstream, we should try a new build to verfiy things work as expected and report results back to them: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=378598&aid=2081070&group_id=23475

Ran fresh build of joe, posted binary for joe-3.7 and ran build of joe cvs. Reported a couple of build issues and attached proposed patches on JOE's sf page.
