Build System : switch over to rdef instead of rsrc

create .rdefs from rsrc's
these rdefs will only be used for Haiku.
create rdefs for official builds and non-trademark builds.

Checked in preliminary resource definitions (rdef's). Used  compile_them_resources as a guide. rdefs include appropriate BeZilla? Icon.

Todo:

modify build system to utilize rdefs.
create rdefs for official products.
investigate method to automatically update version information.

as of changeset:345 HVIF icons are now enabled by the build system for Haiku. Official icons have not been created, nor do I expect them to seeing as we cannot use official trademarks. The method for updating version information has not been addressed and I don't plan to do so anytime soon. Patches welcome to address the official icon + updating version information. Closing fixed.
