confirmed in 2.0.0.21pre with r5bone + haiku
initially reported by Diver
Scrollbar arrows are shifted to the left side, but in other systems they are centered
plan: create patch file to switch normal css scrollbar data with one to simulate Haiku native scrollbars.

Updating both "classic.jar" and HaikuFox?.
currently, a heavily work-in-progress Browser is available at :
p.HF svn
to install:
backup /boot/apps/BeZillaBrowser/chrome/classic.jar
copy classic.jar from svn into that folder.
restart Browser.
