It seems doxygen was added to the ports database twice. One time as "doxygen" and one time as "doxygen ", with the trailing space. I have deleted the latter. The portlog plugin should complain about spaces however (anything outside of alphanumerics and dashes, actually). I'll open a new ticket for that.
