[vlc] enable samba support

Description
It would be great to recompile vlc with --enable-smb
This would require smbclient headers so this could be handy: http://revolf.free.fr/beos/patches/samba-3.0.0-0005.patch.txt
In the end we need to get libaccess_smb_plugin.so.
