Description
Python is nearing release of 2.6.3, need to checkout how 2.6.3 svn builds and runs on Haiku.

changed summary to reflect pythons jump to 2.6.4 after issues with 2.6.3 have rushed the need for a new update.

Initial .bep file for python has been created. Still need to update the regression test patching it to skip tests that are not needed on Haiku. The .bep file may need to be updated once 2.6.4 is released.
