Edits to logs discard "Build instructions" and "Install instructions" text

There were build instructions and install instructions in their respective segments, but it looks like the idea of dividing the logs into build/install/general has been withdrawn and now there is only one general field.
After performing an edit on the gettext log, the build and install instructions have been lost.
There are still logs on the site that have valuable stuff in these deprecated fields; they need to be moved to the general field to prevent loss.

This is no longer relevant with the updated port log plugin. Build/install/test scripts are now read directly from the repository.
