check SDL 1.2.14 on BeOS to make sure it still works

Description
The SDL maintainers had concerns that the bwindow patches may affect BeOS builds. Need to check our SDL bwindow patch on BeOS and see if that is the case or not, and if it is modify the patch so that it works for both Haiku and BeOS.

It's been nearly a year since 1.2.14 came out and no one has even asked for a BeOS build, so closing this one as no one seems to be using BeOS anymore.
