Push libtool patch upstream

Description
We've been using a patched libtool for awhile now. It's time to push it upstream. Need to create a patch vs. latest git master.

The Haiku libtool patch has now been accepted upstream, so the next libtool after-2.2.6a will come with Haiku support:
