Add GUI to CMake

Description

CMake includes a gui for Qt, perhaps a native GUI can be created for Haiku. Shouldn't be too hard to do, any takers?

Keywords GCI patch added

Still yet to be done:

Rework the GUI code to use Haiku layouts ( http://api.haiku-os.org/layout_intro.html)
Use BFilePanel to point out way to sources and compiled binaries;
Use BListView to provide support for editing lines of CMakeLists.txt.
