commit emails should be trimmed if too large

Description
If a commit is larger than a certain size it should be trimmed so as to keep the emails to a reasonable size.

I attached the hooks/ directory from Haiku and HaikuPorts? repositories. They're simple shell scripts and should be easy enough to update. Though, I don't have immediate plans to do so.

The hook now truncates diffs at 200 lines.
