haikuporter fails if there's no network connection.

Description
haikuporter tries to download the source archive and if it can't it fails out. Perhaps have it then check to see if the source archive file has already been put into the Download folder manually, this would then allow for easier use of haikuporter when there's no network connection available but you already have the required archive file.
