There's been some recent changes to tuxpaint that need to be checked out on Haiku:

Tuxpaint cvs builds fine on Haiku again. Closing as fixed, but will recheck this every now and then as cvs changes are made to tuxpaint. (I'm on their commits list and have commit access).
