Added patch to fix a few __BEOS__ cases.

- attachment ncurses-5.6-beos-to-check.txt added
output of grep -nri -C10 'beos' on the ncurses folder with auto files removed (removed aclocal.m4 and configure from previous list)

Builds ok on Haiku but there are a few __BEOS__ that need to be checked over to see if they are or aren't really needed for Haiku.
