Hello,
I packaged ICU as it is needed for haiku.
Here are my patches and files, I hope they are right.

Should this be closed since zooey has added ICU?

check that the .bep file works correctly using -d and also with -i and if so then yes, it can be closed.

closing this ticket as fixed... but the patch should be cleaned up to the point that it can be upstreamed... that'll be another ticket though.
