Description
The subversion port on Haiku thinks the system uses ISO-8859-15 encoding.
This leads to all kind of problems.
For example :
- Comitting something with a message using accented characters (or other non ascii), the chars are written as utf-8 by haiku, but read by svn as if they were utf-8. This leads to an "é" char being represented by 4 utf-8 bytes instead of 2.
- This also happens when a file has special chars in its name. French (bépo).keymap in haiku is an example of such a file.
