Add support for recursing subdirectories to DOS2UNIX

Description
The DOS2UNIX in the Haikuports repository is a public domain version I found on the internet. It's a bare bones dos to unix end of line converter. It would be nice it if could be enhanced so that it could also convert subdirectories when given a pathname. This doesn't have to be a C program, it could also be done with python or perl for example. It would also be nice if it could display basic info on it's command line options.
Command line options should include -r for recursive, -v or --version to print out the version info and -h or --help to print out the list of options.
