Description
I added my old GUI support patch for Links as r1585, it never was upstreamed but has been around for a while on http://revolf.free.fr/beos/patches/ ... in case someone wants to update it.

merged the old patch with the new one in r1588. It's almost working now, but still needs a bit more work. The patch is huge and we should probably upstream it or at least large parts of it. That way it will be easier on us when you do their next release.
The B_* to BTN_* changes should probably be upstreamed as a separate patch. That would probably make it a bit more digestible.
