Description
LuaRocks? is a Lua module deployment and management system, similar in purpose to Python's eggs and Ruby's gems.

We'll have to create a new category, looks like portage puts it into dev-lua

Applied initial bep in r1750, but we need to clean up the directories on this on as it's putting things in common/share, should probably be B_COMMON_DATA_DIRECTORY/luarocks?
