Need to clean up vim's directories

Description

When building vim on gcc4, it puts a lot of files in /boot/common/share, these should be cleaned up by moving man files to B_COMMON_DOCUMENTATION_DIRECTORY/man, and data files to B_COMMON_DATA_DIRECTORY

These are ok for alpha3, but try to get them fixed up in time for beta1.

duplicate of #513. At the moment the only way to create package is to use "haiku_package" target manually. haikuporter still has rudimentary possibilities to let the user decide about configuration of compiled program. Vim has mixed gui+console nature and must be configured and build twice to produce gui and console binaries separately. :-\

Correct packages, built under A3 are available at:

 http://siarzhuk.dyndns.org/vim-7.3-x86-gcc2-2011-05-26.zip
 http://siarzhuk.dyndns.org/vim-7.3-x86-gcc4-2011-05-26.zip

Please mark them as r1a3 ones, upload to haiku-files and include in builds. Thank you!

PS: The KeymapSwitcher? has problem with the latest localized path names feature - so it's package comes some day later. I'm sorry for inconvenience.
