Libarchive was updated to version 2.8.5 recently.
bep file attached has been tested to work.

I just noticed that the placement of the 'man' dir needs to be adjusted. I will add new bep file soon.

re-tested the bep on 43809-4hn and it works building both a gcc4 and gcc2 version.
