[piozone] fixed url in bep file

Description

The original bep file for piozone had a small typo in the HOMEPAGE url.

No other changes. Piozone still does not build.

Applied in r1957.

Fixed build in r1958, although it is not yet testing. Please check over and if ok then we can close this ticket.
