Description
bep file is attached.
It works basically, just copying the the "man" files are not copyied.
This lib is needed for compiling ebook-tools (libepub), which I need for the DocumentViewer?
Please Review.

this bep is broken. There is already a new version of libzip. Since it has no real dependencies perhaps someones wants to try make it work. I tried a little but it didn't work, so I let it aside. Building it manually and installing it manually works.

now i see it has still a problem. It installs the the file zipconf.h to /boot/common/lib/libzip/include
instead of /boot/common/include
Perhaps someone can solve it?
