586	[vim] Cleanup BeOS <-> Haiku source codebase.	siarzhuk	siarzhuk	Starting from version 7 Vim has no more GUI support for BeOS. Haiku support was created by copying most of BeOS GUI implementation from Vim 6.x sources. So, currently most of Haiku changes in Vim still listed as BeOS ones.
