Remove/Close MuPDF tickets

Description
Since, I already added Fitz 1.0, the MuPDF tickets can be closed as invalid and the bep files and patches deleted.
Till last version, there have been two libraries in MuPDF, one called mupdf and the other fitz. But in the last version of MuPDF the mupdf library was removed, and it's functionality was ported to the fitz library. Now MuPDF stands just for the PDF-Viewer based on Fitz.
Because of that the mupdf stuff can be removed or set to invalid.

I think it's not needed anymore. Also the submited patches and bep files related to mupdf 1.0 rc1, can be removed. Also mupdf can be removed from the category "media libs". And also the wiki can be removed. Everything related directly to mupdf can be removed (except Fitz 1.0). Since now everything that is now needed is contained in Fitz 1.0
