Description
Please add Fitz 1.0 to the haiku porter.
The .bep file is tested and is working fine. The package builds fine with the option "-d". Please take a look at it, perhaps it needs some clean-up, but it's completely functional. I have been testing it.
Sorry that I did a mess with "fitz" with adding revisions.. and creating too much noise.

Added in r1919, worked with gcc2, so removed the gcc4 only message.
