1		If I remember correctly, most of them have variables that can be set to hint at the proper location. ~~I'm hesitant to fix all of them if our filesystem layout is going to change due to package management~~.
	1	If I remember correctly, most of them have variables that can be set to hint at the proper location. These can be set from within the build system of the app/library. I'm hesitant to fix all of them directly in cmake if our filesystem layout is going to change due to package management. If someone wants to submit a patch for that it's fine though.
