neon is one of two possible dependencies of Subversion for http: repository access.

Basically done since r60, though it still has issues probably due to bugs in Haiku's TCP implementation. Will leave it open until I've reviewed it.

neon-0.28.3 builds with only a simple patch to neon.m4 to at -lnetwork. Closing this ticket.

neon 0.25.x SVN branch, required for Subversion 1.4.x, causes a hang during its test suite. It worked okay in practice though.
