libsndfile source no longer available on its home site

Description
Tried to build libsndfile-1-0.21 from the bep, but it fails because apparently the home site (meganerd.org) doesn't keep anything but the latest release around. The current one (1.0.25) seems to need some effort to get to build, and 1.0.21 is fine for my needs, so I've edited the bep to include Ubuntu's repository link. Attached.
