Description

Installed with installoptionalpackage on Alpha4, hardware, P4 3.2G, 2GB RAM

/boot/home/config/settings/x-vnd.NetSurf? does not exist

/boot/apps/NetSurf/res/messages does exist

<mmu_man> Ziusudra: that's old
<mmu_man> it's already fixed in the current git
<mmu_man> that's cause it fails to load the messages file, and tries to open an alert before creating the BApplication object
<mmu_man> because it's installed at the wrong location
<mmu_man> the current version at least should open an alert to display the error
<Ziusudra> has the optional package been updated?

<mmu_man> not by me
<mmu_man> IIRC mmadia did those
<Ziusudra> forcing a reinstall, the package being downloaded is still netsurf-2.7-r1a3-x86-gcc2-2011-06-04.zip
