Description
it seems jbig2dec is broken. The download link of the source is not correct anymore.
It was moved to
http://sourceforge.net/projects/jbig2dec/files/jbig2dec/0.11/jbig2dec-0.11.tar.gz
After changing the link in the bep, it still didnt built correctly. seems to be related to libtoolize
