Many of the tickets that have assembla links are now closed, and the ones that weren't yet closed have had a new comment added with the updated link.

I have fixed all assembla links on port log pages and wiki page to point to haikuports. The only links remaining that point to assembla are located in tickets which i can't edit. So we can close this as being mostly done, or wait for Brecht to fix the links in the tickets, there were only 12 more to go as of today.
