make delete of port/version hierarchical

Description
Currently, when a port version is deleted, the revisions of this port version are not deleted with it. Similarly, versions are not deleted when a port is deleted. Deleting a port/version should also delete its children versions/revisions.

Implemented. Wiki pages corresponding to the port, versions and revisions are nto deleted, however.
