Same as for revision 1 except nothing was installed, and the configure line used was: ./configure --prefix=/boot/common --enable-shared CFLAGS=-I/boot/develop/headers/3rdparty

This allowed for python to be build to use the libz included with Haiku.
If libbz2.a (bzip2) is available, also the bz2 module gets built.
