fixed minor stuff up with formatting

Currently libroot.so needs to be symlinked to libpthreads.so Also <sys/signal.h> has to be changed <signal.h> in system.c

Once done then build with: $sh make_beos.sh

Currently test.py fails 2 of 7 tests.
