Warning: The config files have been moved from $HOME/(.cvsrc/.cvspass/etc...) to B_USER_SETTINGS_DIR/cvs/(cvsrc/cvspass/etc...)

I left out the portion of the patch dealing with getpass.c as it no longer seems necessary.
