• cp /boot/common/share/libtool/config/config.* .
• ./configure
• make
• make install

This creates uriparser.a, not sure if a uriparser.so can be made, --enabled-shared didn't seem to have any effect, and running libtoolize, aclocal, automake, autoconf didn't do it either, so shared lib might not be enabled and/or needed?
