A fairly straightforward port from the sourceforge original,
except that liblo.pc.in needed the request for "-lpthread"
removed, as we have it in libroot, and a bug in server.c
(that seems to slip past Linux...) needed fixing.

It also needs libtoolize/aclocal/autoconf to recognize Haiku.
