A fairly straightforward port from the sourceforge original, except that liblo.pc.in needed the request for "-lpthread" removed, as we have it in libroot, and a bug in server.c (that seems to slip past Linux...) needed fixing.

It also needs libtoolize/aclocal/autoconf to recognize Haiku.

Added 2012/11/17: There was an error in the original patch -- libnetwork was omitted, but is required. Also the tree entry at http://ports.haiku-files.org/svn/haikuports/trunk/media-libs/liblo/ needs "patch" changed to "patches".
