Merged in James Woodcock's gcc4 SDL fix into the patch for sdl-1.2-hg, and made a new libsdl-1.2.14.patch as well.

SDL has moved over to mercurial, so adjusted previous patch and added new .bep file to get libsdl-1.2 branch using hg.
