Have libvlc building and passing tests - but requires a fair bit of messing with code and generated configurations.

Do not yet have the vlc app building or any attempt at recovering the long since removed BeOS GUI/vout/aout modules.

Haiku bugs affecting build (all work-aroundable at the moment but not cleanly):

 https://dev.haiku-os.org/ticket/8288 - undefined symbols
 https://dev.haiku-os.org/ticket/8798 - PTHREAD_RWLOCK_INITIALIZER
 https://dev.haiku-os.org/ticket/8797 - gawk problems

A few dependencies are not building cleanly either but I will work on these.
