added in libtoolize, aclocal, autoconf, automake to force building the shared library

 Upstream patches on curl have been included into 7.18.2, but they didn't update config.guess with a current enough version so we need to copy that in.  Then:

+ * aclocal
+ * autoconf
+ * automake
  * ./configure --prefix=/boot/common
  * make
