Changes between Version 2 and Version 3 of sys-devel/gettext/0.17/2

 Note, gettext takes a long time to build, I'll update this with build results from using these steps.
+Update:
+Make check failed 1 test and skipped 31, but passed then rest, I think it was over 200 tests, I'll have to try it again as I forgot to export the results prior to replacing my vmware image with a fresh haiku build.
+Just noticed that gettext comes with an autogen.sh which pulls in gnulib, trying this method out now.  This could mean no patches are needed, we'll see.  Gettext takes forever to build...
